Docusign will undertake a planned disaster recovery exercise on Sunday, July 27 2025, from 03:00 AM UTC to 05:00 AM UTC. The scope of this exercise is to perform a regional full-platform failover of eSignature and IAM in the NA3 Production environment.
This exercise is not expected to cause downtime or impact eSignature or IAM services, however we are notifying customers as a precautionary measure.
Docusign will conduct system maintenance on Rooms and Workspaces between 4:00 PM UTC on June 23, 2025, and 10:00 PM UTC on June 24, 2025, as part of ongoing system enhancements. Minimal or no impact is expected for customers during this period.

The scope of this exercise is to perform a regional full-platform failover of Workspaces/Rooms in the Production environment. The Docusign platform intends to migrate two existing IPs, depicted below, for EU customers. This change is part of our ongoing efforts to comply with security guidelines and improve product security.

If your configuration uses eu.docusign.net, you don't need to take any additional action.
If the following circumstance applies, it is recommended that you update your configuration access to use the host name eu.docusign.net. This hostname provides enhanced security and resiliency in the case of system or connectivity issues.
1. If you establish a connection to Docusign via an IP-based URL.
